Join us as we embark on a festive journey to make this holiday season brighter for our community! At Fellowship Chicago, Christmas isn’t just a day—it’s a season of giving, compassion, and celebration.
This holiday season, we joyfully present a range of initiatives across three heartfelt categories, extending the warmth of Christmas throughout our community:
Community Gift Drives
Angel of Hope
Our Men’s Ministry is hosting their annual Angel of Hope Christmas Gift Drive. In partnership with the Chicagoland Prison Outreach Ministry, (CPO), the men, with your help, seek to share Christ’s love by giving hope and joy at Christmas to families of incarcerated individuals. This year we have received information regarding 75 children and their family needs.
Individuals or groups may sponsor a family or child by purchasing gifts or by providing a monetary donation. Our goal is to have all gifts brought to the church wrapped and ready to be delivered on Saturday, December 9th at 9:30 AM
Violence Support
This year, our Violence Support Ministry is dedicated to brightening the holidays for families and children affected by violence within our community. We stand committed to bringing comfort and joy during this season of hope. We’ve identified 30 children and families in need of our support. Our aim is to bring smiles and warmth to their lives, offering gifts and tokens of care during this special time of the year.
Individuals or groups can sponsor a family or child by purchasing gifts or providing a monetary donation. Our goal is to collect all gifts at the church by Sunday, December 10th. Please ensure the gifts are wrapped and ready for delivery. Together, let’s make this holiday season a time of love and healing for those who need it most.
Local Blessings
Hendricks Academy
We plan to provide coats and essential hygiene products for over 200 students at Hendricks Academy.
Fuller Park – Park District
Our goal is to spread holiday joy to approximately 30 children active in our local park district, creating special moments during this festive time.
Food Giveaway
Join us Saturday, December 16th at 9:00 AM for our Christmas at the Ship Food Giveaway. Tell a family member, neighbor, friend, or anyone else you know in need that we will be here to serve them while supplies last! Please bring a cart to carry the food home!
