Preparing for Peak Performance by Min. Anthony Britton

You were created with a purpose. This class will help you examine the weights and the sins that weigh you down, and oftentimes stop you from running towards your purpose. We will examine the root of the weights and sins, search the scriptures to determine how to remove them, and create a plan for how we can live our lives with purpose!
Spiritual Tools for Shifting Gears by Elder Monica Foster-Reynolds
Book: The Holy Bible a.ka. The Christian Playbook
This course will give you tools to help you practice your faith and seek to know God on a deeper level. It will push you to submit to the Holy Spirit’s sanctifying power and surrender your will for God’s will, as you Shift Gears in your life daily.
The Repair Shop by Victor Lewis by Victor Lewis Foyles
Book: Roots of Character by Wendell Smith and The Holy Bible a.k.a. Believer’s Toolkit
This course is designed to encourage participants to enter the repair shop for a diagnostic assessment to do some introspection in the following areas: pride, anger, bitterness, immorality and guilt. This course will center around the Be-Attitudes: humility, meekness, forgiveness attitude, purity, and a clear conscience. When leaving the repair shop, the participants will walk away looking more like Christ.

Preparing for the Shift: Reassessing our Mental Health by Marquina Watts (BS, MSN, RN, CNL, CPN)

Students will learn how their thoughts affect their character, circumstances, purpose, health, achievement, visions/ideas and serenity. As we work towards shifting gears, students will learn tools to effectively enhance their abilities to adapt and navigate through life’s challenges while increasing resilience. Students are expected to participate in weekly reflections and affirmation exercises to sustain and maintain balance with their mental health.
