STRETCH
Before getting out of bed tell the Lord “Thank You” and lift your arms up to the heaven for a good stretch. Then stand to your feet reach for your toes, stand up reach and for the heavens again. Full body stretch.
DO CARDIO
Walk in place during your favorite TV show or wait for the commercials.
Walk down your block for 15 minutes turn and go back home. That’s a 30 minute workout!
Put on your favorite song(s) and dance. Try dancing as long as you can.
DO SQUATS
Sit and stand 10 times in a row. You have done 1 set! Do as many sets as you can.
While brushing your teeth, try doing 10 squats in a row. Do as many sets of 10 as you can.
DO PUSH-UPS
Place hands on the sink or wall. Lean forward, then push back. Try this at least 10 times in a row. Do as many sets of 10 as you can.
LIFT WEIGHTS
Try holding light weights or 2 bottles of water (12oz/ 16oz) while you are walking

Stay hydrated. Try drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water daily.

Example: If you weigh 100 pounds, drink 50 ounces a day.

Take your medications as prescribed by your Primary Care Provider
