The Clay Evans $cholarship Foundation provides scholarships to students in the states of Illinois and Tennessee. Students must meet the following criteria to be considered:

1. A graduating senior or have earned a GED by June 2023

2. A 2.0 GPA/“C” average or better

3. An active member of a church.

Submit the following:

• A completed online or paper application

• School Transcripts from the last four (4) years

• Three (3) letters of recommendations on official letterhead and signed from a

  • School Official

  • Church Official

  • Community Service Official

  • Copy of college acceptance letter

  • Proof of Family Income (W2 forms, Current Year’s Tax Return, SSI, Disability, Public Aid, Child Support, etc.)

The Reginald and Brianna Sharpe HBCU Scholarship provides financial assistance of $5,000 to one eligible applicant who meets the following criteria:

1. Applicant must be a graduating high school student (Class of 2023).

2. Applicant must be attending a Historically Black College or University (HBCU).

3. Applicant must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

4. Applicant must be an active member of Fellowship Chicago’s youth ministry, with a letter of recommendation from a leader of the youth ministry.

5. Applicant must have already been accepted into a 4-year college and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.

6. Applicant must submit a 3-4 page essay on the topic “How I Plan to Honor God With My Life.”

The Greeks at The Ship Scholarship is a service-based scholarship designed to support high school graduates who have demonstrated a commitment to community service and extracurricular activities. To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a graduating high school senior

• Must be a member of Fellowship Chicago

• Must have a minimum GPA of 2.75

• Must be pursuing post-secondary education or vocational training

• Must be involved in extracurricular activities in your school, church, and/or community.

Essay/Video Prompt:

Please write an essay (1000 word limit) or submit a video (maximum length: 3 minutes) that addresses the following prompt:

• Describe your involvement in extracurricular activities and community service. How have these experiences shaped you as a person, and how have they prepared you for your future endeavors?
